Select products qualify for our Quick Ship service designed to meet sharp deadlines within (15) business days following receipt of all materials. Products are offered in any standard Charles Alan finish on Maple, select MomentumDirect textiles, Spinneybeck Volo Black or COM. All prices remain at standard list. Customers requesting this service must clearly state Quick Ship on each Purchase Order. Purchase Orders without this stated clearly will be shipped according to the production schedule. Due to inventory levels, order volumes greater than available inventory may not fully qualify for Quick Ship service. Following receipt of such orders, a customer service representative will identify volume issues and communicate possible alternatives. Once an order has been acknowledged with Quick Ship service, changes and | or cancellations will not be permitted.
